When will I receive my order?

All orders will be shipped within 10 business days of your order being placed.

How will my items be shipped?

Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS Priority mail.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, international shipping is available through our Etsy shop.

Can I place a wholesale order?

What is your return policy?

We hope that you are happy with your purchase.  If you are not pleased with your purchase, you may return your order for a refund or exchange within 10 days or receiving your order.

A refund excluding the cost of shipping will be issued when the item is returned unused, in its original condition and original packaging.

To process a return please contact us at Heather@stakceramics.com . Please provide us with your order number and order details.  Once we receive your request we will contact you with return instructions.

 What if my item arrives damaged?

 If you receive your item and it has been damaged in transit, we will replace the item as quickly as possible.  Proof of damage must be provided within 3 days of receiving the item.
